Eleven flowers on one upright, 75-cm inflorescence; base color yellow, overlaid cordovan; dorsal sepal obtuse, cordovan, darker cordovan midrib, lighter cordovan venation; lateral sepals cordate, light cordovan venation; petals light cordovan venation, darker midrib; lip flabellate, side lobes yellow, maroon lines, midlobe yellow spotted maroon; picotee edges yellow, column lightly overlaid lighter cordovan, column and anther cap white; substance heavy; texture matte.
